Hello all, My company does not have any plans to return to W@H in full force until there's a vaccine (so we're probably looking at 2021). We have been making policy announcements (eliminating the PTO use it or lose policy), but since this is going to be longer term, I'm considering an Interim Policy Manual. Has anyone created one yet? Anyone willing to share, or meet with me to discuss? Thanks!

Caring for Your Workforce In the Midst of COVID 19
Thanks John. A few things in regards to immediate need that stood out for me were communication, utilizing EAP services, and sharing information about unemployment insurance resources. I echo your sentiment that it will be interesting to see what shifts as businesses evaluate the return to fully functioning.
